Can I bring a date/plus-one?
All invitations will be addressed to reflect plus-ones and partners. If you're unsure or would like to bring a plus-one and haven't been addressed one, just give us a holler and we'll get it all figured out :)
Is this accommodation all-inclusive?
While Italy does not do true all-inclusives, we are handcrafting an all-inclusive experience for you all with the venue during our exclusive wedding week! So room types of your selection, organized meals of Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner (2-3 hours each meal approx.) throughout the stay and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages, beer, wine, and aperitifs during all meals. There will be opportunities to purchase hard liquor beverages outside of these hours/meals separately for those who feel like they would like to. These can be purchased separately for those who feel obliged. The per person contribution is $875/person. Pricing is per adult per length of stay which is 5 days/4 nights and with all meals and drinks during meals included. Transportation for off-site events organized by us are also included. Children 0-3 stay free.
When should I RSVP by?
If you are able to RSVP when you receive you invitation - that is great and extremely helpful! The last date to RSVP by May 2nd. You are also welcome to RSVP without a plus one and add one at any time within 3 months prior to the wedding.
How do we pay?
Payments for your stay will be made directly to JP and Kelly, as the venue prefers it this way. Payments will be able to be made in a variety of ways and aren't expected to be paid in full until 3 months prior to the wedding date; by June 2nd. You are welcome to pay over time, put it on a credit card, or pay via a variety of options i.e. PayPal, Zelle, etc. We will outline these options at a later date. Again, the per person price includes the room, meals, and drinks during the stay. Flights, rental cars, or Ubers/Taxis to and from the venue for arrival and departure are not included in that price. However, all buses booked during the stay will be taken care of by us for group events off property. We purposely chose Rome as an easily accessible airport and venue for affordable travel. Flights are quite affordable when booking at proper times!
Can I bring my kids?
Yes! We are more than happy for you to bring your littles along to Italy! Although we would like to preface, this will be a mostly adult event/week and there may be lots of drinking involved during the stay. While your children are welcome during most events throughout the stay, we do ask that you utilize our babysitting services for the wedding ceremony and dinner reception. We are asking to keep just this portion of the event child free (12 and up are welcome to attend the wedding day events). We will be hiring a babysitter to watch after any children during this point of wedding festivities for you to utilize. The children are otherwise welcome throughout the entirety of the stay! It is entirely up to you if you would like to bring along the children; they are more than welcome. However, we are also more than happy to be your excuse to take a child free trip to Italy! All children 3 and under stay free. Please reach out to us for the pricing for stay for children ages 4-11 and 12-18.
