WHERE IS CASALE DORIA PAMPHILJ LOCATED:
Casale Doria Pamphilj is located in the roman countryside just outside of central Rome. 20 minutes from the Leonardo Davinci Airport (FCO) and 25 minutes outside of central Rome proper.
ACCOMMODATION, FOOD AND BEVERAGES?
We have pre-booked the entire property in exclusivity, so all rooms and grounds of the property are reserved solely for our wedding guests. To make your stay with us easier, we are working closely with the property and chefs to organize all meals and drinks throughout your 4-night/5-day stay. Unlimited nonalcoholic options, beer, wine, and aperitifs during all meals. We are hand crafting all-inclusive experience, if you will. Dietary restrictions of all types will be accommodated and accounted for per the chefs. We are looking to take most of the unexpected costs out of arranging a typically travel itinerary.
HOW WILL BOOKING WORK?
We have worked with the venue to establish a per person contribution which includes accommodation, food, and drinks mentioned above throughout the stay. Payments will be made directly to Kelly and JP as creating a custom, all-inclusive experience with the venue, caterers, etc. is quite an involved process. That contribution number is $875/person. Payments can be made electronically via a number of methods and payment types. Again, we are looking to take all of the guess work out arranging all of the typically necessary travel arrangements to make your time celebrating with us as easy as possible.
HOW WILL ROOM ALLOCATIONS WORK?
Upon a yes RSVP, we will be arranging room occupancy and type with a questionnaire that will be sent out for you to communicate your preferences. We will then allocate rooms by number of beds requested, number of rooms requested, levels of room types, disability requests, etc. The property consists of standard guest rooms as well as apartments that can accommodate 4-6 guests. All guests traveling individually will have their own room unless specified wanting to join a group in one of the available apartments. The property offers rooms in all shapes and sizes, apartments with multiple bedrooms, so we are confident there is a comfortable and perfect fit for everyone.
